KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN FRANCHISEES AND CORPORATE
HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE

LETTER FROM MICHAEL GRAVES, AXXIS

John, I thought it appropriate to write a letter commenting on my experience with you and your company last month. Seldom do I have a client that opens the doors to what I would call a dream job. It started back in November when we flew out to Hawaii. The purpose of that trip was twofold. A site survey of the facility was necessary and the other reason was to interview local suppliers. KFC's directive was to seek out the best equipment, personnel and positive attitudes that I could find. It soon became clear that your company would be our partner for this meeting. Looking back on that decision confirms it was the right one.

As far as equipment choices, everything was first class and performed flawlessly. The Hughes projectors were gorgeous. The FOR-A component switching system was beautiful. The Meyer/Apogee sound system was excellent. Everything was as it should be...Perfect.

Beyond the equipment list though, the people I worked with were exceptional. I can't say enough about them. Tom, Rob, Chuck, Dan and Joe were all professional, courteous, humorous and above all flexible. Flexibility was a key quality for this meeting. All of the crew were responsive to the many changes that came our way.

As a business owner myself, I appreciate the philosophy you exhibit in the way you treat your clients and employees. I heard nothing but good things about your company from everyone I encountered. My opinions aside, KFC was extremely pleased with the entire production. Comments like the best franchise meeting in the history of the company make me smile. John Guild Communications helped make that possible. Once again I'd like to say thanks to you and all who worked on this project....

Sincerely, Michael Graves
